The business was founded in 1996 originating from a vision held by the founding
directors who held a strong conviction that superior investment performance is centred
on real estate fundamentals. Today, that same philosophy is applied when managing
funds on behalf of several institutions, more than 13,000 direct clients and over
100,000 clients indirectly through investment platforms.
