Steven is responsible for the management of APN’s direct real estate funds which involves portfolio and asset management, financial management and forecasting, managing all acquisitions and disposals as well as determining the overall fund strategy.

Steven joined APN in early 2006 after working with Investa Property Group (IPG) where he was responsible for the asset and property management of several major commercial office buildings within the Melbourne CBD.

Steven has successfully completed numerous acquisitions, disposals and refinancing transactions for APN’s direct real estate funds.

Steven holds a Bachelor of Planning and Design, Bachelor of Property and Construction (Honours) and a Graduate Certificate of Applied Finance and Investment.
