Michael joined the APN Property Group Limited in 2003 and is responsible for APN FM’s property securities and direct property funds for the retail market. Michael has a total of 21 years property valuation, consultancy and funds management experience. Before joining the Group, Michael was Head of Property at ANZ Funds Management Limited.

Tim joined the APN Property Group in April 2006 and leads its management team in Europe. Tim has particular expertise in the legal and commercial aspects of Australian and international asset acquisitions, divestments, restructures and the arrangement of related structured finance. Tim is a qualified lawyer and before joining the APN Property Group he spent several years at Freehills, a top tier law firm based in Australia, working on takeovers, equity and debt capital markets, corporate finance, banking, infrastructure and mergers and acquisitions transactions. He has a wide range of legal and commercial experience from working on a large number of significant acquisitions

Michael is responsible for managing the APN Development Funds. Michael has engineering and business qualifications and has significant experience in property development and construction. He joined APN in 2003.

Ron joined the Group in 2004 and has over 16 years experience in administration in the financial services industry, including working in industry superannuation and Perpetual Financial Services. Ron is responsible for APN FM’s registry, investor and adviser services, information technology services and sales.

John has been involved in the property industry since 1977. Before joining APN in 2006, he worked with Dillingham Constructions, Jennings Property Group and Centro Properties Group (formerly Jennings Property Group), where he held the roles of Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary for 17 years.

Pete joined APN in 2006 as manager of the APN International Property for Income Fund. He has extensive experience having worked as a senior analyst at Lonsec and prior to Lonsec spent several years as an analyst in the UK finance industry. Pete holds a Bachelor of Commerce, a Masters in Valuation and Property Management and a Masters of Applied Finance.
