APN Funds Management (APN FM) is a specialist international property funds manager
that was established in 1998.
The company has numerous differentiated property funds for a range of clients and
advisers in the wholesale, institutional, investment platform and retail markets.
APN FM has established a strong track record and market reputation for managing
property funds with a particular focus on generating consistent and growing income
returns for clients. In addition, the company has received a wide range of industry
awards for its management of property funds. APN FM’s expertise is widely recognised
in the property funds management industry, as evidenced by awards such as:
- AFR Smart Investor Blue Ribbon Award 2008 - Australian Listed Property;
- Morningstar Fund Manager of the Year 2007 - Listed Property;
- Investor Web Research Property Securities Fund Manager of the Year for 2002, 2003
and 2004;

APN FM currently manages 16 funds with total assets under management as at 31 March
2008 of $4.3 billion. These funds are managed for more than 13,000 direct clients
(not including clients through investment platforms) and for nearly 400 independent
adviser dealer groups. In addition, APN FM estimates that it manages the funds for
well over 100,000 indirect clients through over 40 investment platforms.
The directors and senior executives of APN FM have considerable experience in property
funds management of numerous listed and unlisted property funds. This experience
covers direct property and property securities, both in Australia and internationally.
