Funds open to new Investment

Allotment or issue of securities in unlisted funds will be made only on receipt of an application form attached to a copy of the relevant Product Disclosure Statement (PDS), which has been lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission. A copy of the relevant PDS is available by downloading the PDF file or by contacting the Manager, APN Funds Management Limited, at Level 30, 101 Collins Street, Melbourne, 3000.

Listed Funds

Investors can acquire units in these funds by acquiring them through the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) and Bendigo Stock Exchange (BSX) respectivley. Investors wishing to acquire units on either the ASX or BSX should speak to their financial adviser.

These funds cannot currently be invested in directly (excluding APN Property for Income Fund). Investors wishing to invest in these funds can contact APN FM who may from time to time be able to match investors wishing to invest with investors wishing to sell their investment.

The historic PDS and or IM documents for these funds are not avilable for use for investment.

If an investor needs help about investing generally, APN FM suggests the investor speaks to a licensed financial adviser.
